Mixed media tutorial : my first video

I wanted to do like all those artists on You Tube :)))
So may I introduce you my first mixed media drawing process's video.

This is only part one.  The second part will be more about mixed media but here I show how I use pencils Watercolor Derwent Inktense and Watercolor Pastel pencils Carbothello.
Plus a waterbrush...

I first did it with chinese ink so now it's time to get some colors!

Laissez moi vous présenter ma toute nouvelle vidéo de mixed media de Lucille Shabbyness.

C'est la première partie ou après avoir fait le dessin à l'encre de chine, je commence à mettre en couleur avec des crayons aquarellables Derwent Inktense et pastel Carbothello.  J'utilise un pinceau d'eau pour mélanger les couleurs.

AUGUST MIXED MEDIA CONTEST

I cannot believe the incredible response we had for our July Mixed Media contest!.  47 participants submitted some incredible projects that just blew me away!.  The best thing was watching new artists in the making, being so brave and attempting the Mixed Media world for the first time.  I would like to thank our amazing two sponsors for the month of July "The Crafter's Workshop and "Masterson" for providing the winner "Debbie Trapula" with some amazing prizes.

Here is my participation.  I've use watercolor, gesso, Faber Castell Gelato and Pitt pen, sparkling gel, medium gel and some ephemera.

This is my version of the sunset in the sky in a place called Storybook.  Do you know this place? :)
